📣 Industry Event: In-Person Visit & Registration

The Town of Islip will host an Industry Event on May 29–30, 2025 for interested proposers, consultants, contractors, and partners. For those unable to attend in person, a recorded video stream will be available at www.ISPterminal.com.


🗓️ May 29 – Networking, Presentation, and Site Tour

  • 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Informal Networking & Presentation
  • 11:30 AM: Site Tour (registration required)

Who can attend:

  • Registered Prospective Proposers (those who have submitted a Notice of Intent)
  • Potential Principal Participants – such as equity firms, developers, designers, contractors, terminal operators, and service advisors
  • Other interested industry members for the networking portion

Note: The Site Tour is limited in capacity and requires security clearance. If space is limited, preference will be given to Prospective Proposers. Additional details and screening instructions will be emailed after registration.


🤝 May 29–30 – One-on-One Meetings

Following the Site Tour, private One-on-One Meetings will be held with registered Prospective Proposers that have requested a meeting. These sessions are part of the formal procurement process and are not open to the general public.
